Service and Repair
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- The right to these privileges can be claimed at MINI Authorized Dealers or MINI Service Authorized Workshops in Thailand within the first 3 years or 5 years of the initial registration date or within 60,000 km or 100,000 km (whichever comes first) depending on the Service Package customer purchased. For MINI Electric,these privileges can be claimed at MINI Authorized Dealers orMINI Service Authorized Workshops in Thailand within th e first 4 years or 6 years of the initial registration date depending on the Service Package customer purchased.
- If the vehicle is sold during the term of validity, the right to these services will be transferred to the next owner of the vehicle.
- MINI Service Inclusive (MSI) package covers the following scheduled servicing costs (engine oil, labor and genuine MINI Parts):
• Engine oil, oil filter and top-ups.
• Air filter, fuel filter, micro-filter and spark plug.
• Brake fluid.• Vehicle check per MINI’s standards.
• Front and rear brake pads.
• Front and rear brake discs.
• Windshield wiper blades. (max. every 12 months following last replacement, if necessary.)
Caution: If oil service overdue has been accumulated in total of more than 1,200 km. or one month, the warranty of engine mechanical parts will be voided.
- MINI Service Inclusive (MSI) for MINI Electric package covers the following scheduled servicing costs (labor and genuine MINI Parts):
• Service Standard Scope.
• Micro-filter.
• Brake fluid.
• Vehicle check per MINI’s standards.
• Charging High Voltage Battery up to 75-80% after MSI Service only.
• Front and rear brake pads (1 set).
• Front and rear brake discs (1 set).
• Windshield wiper blades. (max. every 12 months following last replacement, if necessary.)
- Your vehicle must be properly used and maintained throughout the period of Service Inclusive and/or shelf life according to MINI specifications. If servicing has been carried out by a non-authorized service station, MINI reserves the right to reject any claim where it is felt that the cause of the defect is due to the use of non-approved MINI parts or inadequate servicing or maintaining by a non-authorized service station.
